Establishment and Numerical Analysis of Rolling Force Model Based on Dynamic Roll Gap

چکیده

Applying mathematical models and numerical methods is crucial for describing simulating the metal cold-rolling process, wherein accurate prediction of rolling force an effective way to improve quality rolled sheets. This paper considers key influencing parameters such as friction lubrication, stress, tension, roll-flattening radius during process establishes a calculation model coefficient radius. By considering coupling effect dynamic roll gap on force, non-steady-state lubrication obtained. The correctness proposed verified by comparing it with industrial measurement results. influences coefficient, tension before after rolling, are quantitatively studied. results show that increases increase in coefficient. When exceeds 0.2, rate slows down, approaching dry conditions. linearly stress but decreases increasing rolling. model, radius, provides closer measured force. work contributes better understanding mechanism behind improvement cold process.
